This small but terrible calamnasi & chili that can be found anywhere in the Philippines is one of the favorite ingredients in making sauce, especially in many occasions and food that was serve to us! The siling labuyo + 2 pcs of calamansi katalo na sa siomai, lomi, sisig, etc., ordinary food can make this two an extra ordinary when then combine together!
In our life today we are looking for someone or something that makes us an extra ordinary a colorful & exciting life, like what chili & calamansi did into a simple fried galonggong or tortang talong in your plate! It makes this food more tasteful.
I use to mixed this stuff in tinolang manok, patis + calamansi + siling labuyo + pipisain mo ng husto ang sili = chalap + tulo pawis to the max. Especially at loming Batangas wow nakakatakam!

ReplyDeletechili + kalamansi ay katalo na nga. akala ko ga e ieelaborate mo pa mabuti yung spices sa buhay ng isang tao. yung tipong kelangan ng makakapag paanghang at makakapagpasarap sa buhay naten. pero panalo paden yung post mo. makagawa nga din tungkol sa spices na entry.
